WHO WE ARE
Young Family’s Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering hardworking families to attain homeownership.
We work closely with local banks and mortgage lenders to help bridge the gap for young families that experience "near misses" in qualifying for a home mortgage.
Mortgage Assistance
By working with local banks, mortgage brokers, and loan officers, the Foundation offers loan assistance to first-time homebuyers who, despite their best efforts to save for a down payment, are unable to qualify for a loan.
